1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.

2. About the Platform

dMAT Practice is an independent online practice-test platform for the dMAT (Digital Master Test) General Academic Module, intended for Indian students preparing for the test. The Platform provides original practice questions and practice score estimates to help users familiarise themselves with the test format.

3. Independence and No Affiliation

The Platform is an independent product of Germany Help Center India.

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to g.a.s.t. (Gesellschaft für Akademische Studienvorbereitung und Testentwicklung e.V.) or APS India (the Academic Evaluation Centre / Akademische Prüfstelle), or any official dMAT administering body.
We do not use any official logos, trademarks, or branding of g.a.s.t., APS India, or the official dMAT.
All questions on the Platform are original practice material created to reflect the official dMAT format only. They are not real, leaked, or official examination questions.
Practice scores are estimates for practice purposes only and do not predict, guarantee, or represent your results on the official dMAT.

"dMAT", "Digital Master Test", and any related names are used descriptively to identify the test for which practice material is offered, and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You may register using your email address or by signing in with Google.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are a minor, you should use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. Free Paper, Paper Packs, and Payments

Each account receives one (1) free practice paper.
Additional practice papers are sold as one-time packs (this is not a subscription) in a range of sizes. Current pack sizes and prices are shown on our pricing page at checkout and may change over time.
You can never be sold more papers than exist in the practice bank; once you have access to every available paper, no further packs are offered until new papers are added.
Payments are processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, and net banking. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Purchased papers unlock access immediately upon successful payment. No recurring charges apply.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Platform content, including practice questions.
Attempt to access answer keys, scoring logic, or other users' data.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
Share, sell, or transfer your account or purchased access to others.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including practice questions, text, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Germany Help Center India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own practice only.

8. Practice Scores and No Guarantee of Results

The Platform provides practice estimates only. We make no guarantee regarding your performance on the official dMAT or any admission, academic, or immigration outcome. See the Disclaimer for details.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including any statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at [INSERT CITY/JURISDICTION], India.
