dMAT Practice sells digital goods — one-time practice-paper packs (current prices are shown on our pricing page at checkout). This policy explains how refunds are handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Paper packs are digital products delivered electronically.
Access unlocks immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is delivered and consumable right away, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been used.

3. Case-by-Case Manual Refunds

We understand that issues can arise. Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled manually.

If you experience a problem — for example, a duplicate charge, a payment error, papers that failed to unlock, or a genuine technical issue — please contact support at [support@germanyhelpcenter.com].
Include your registered email, the transaction/order reference, and a description of the issue.
We will review your request in good faith and, where appropriate, approve a full or partial refund at our reasonable discretion.
