Your dMAT account and exam registration
If you are looking for the dMAT account, you are looking for g.a.s.t. — they run the exam, the registration and the account that goes with it. This page tells you where to go, what the 2026 dates are, and why the account you might create here is a different thing entirely.
This is not the official dMAT site. dMAT Practice is independent practice material built by Germany Help Center India. We are not g.a.s.t., d-mat.de or APS India, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to them. We cannot register you for the exam and we have no access to your official account.
Where to register — the official site
Registration, payment and your official dMAT account all live with g.a.s.t. There is no other route, and nobody can register on your behalf.

We deliberately do not reproduce the registration steps here. The official process can change between cycles, and a stale copy of it would do more harm than good.
Two different accounts — do not mix them up
Creating a dMAT Practice account does not register you for the exam. It does not reserve a seat and it does not pay the exam fee. If you only ever create an account here, you will not be sitting the dMAT.

Dates and fees are set by g.a.s.t. and can change between cycles. Confirm both on aps-india.de/dmat ↗ before you rely on them. Not sure the exam even applies to you? Use the dMAT eligibility checker first — registering for an exam you are exempt from is an expensive mistake.

Is this the official dMAT account or registration site?
No. The official dMAT account and exam registration are handled by g.a.s.t. at aps-india.de/dmat — that is the only place you can register to sit the exam. dMAT Practice is independent practice material built by Germany Help Center India, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to g.a.s.t. or APS India.
Does creating a dMAT Practice account register me for the exam?
No, and this matters: they are two separate accounts. A dMAT Practice account gives you access to our practice papers only. It does not register you for the exam, does not reserve a seat, and does not pay the exam fee. You must register separately with g.a.s.t. before the official deadline.
How do I actually register for the dMAT?
Registration runs through g.a.s.t. at aps-india.de/dmat. Register there, pay the exam fee to g.a.s.t., and keep the confirmation they send you. We deliberately do not reproduce the steps here, because the official process can change between cycles and the only version worth following is the one on their site.
What are the dMAT registration deadline and exam date?
For the first Indian administration, registration closes 15 Sep 2026, the exam is on 26 Sep 2026, and certificates are issued from 12 Oct 2026. Dates are set by g.a.s.t. and can change — confirm them on aps-india.de/dmat before relying on them.
What if I miss the registration deadline?
You would have to wait for a later administration, and we cannot tell you when that will be — the schedule is g.a.s.t.'s to publish. This is why we say plainly that a practice account is not a registration: the deadline is the one part of this process nobody can fix for you afterwards.
I cannot log in to my dMAT account — can you help?
If it is your official g.a.s.t. account, no — we have no access to it and cannot reset it. Contact g.a.s.t. through aps-india.de. If it is your dMAT Practice account, use the password reset on our login page.
